We partner with The Courier Guy (TCG) to ensure fast and secure delivery of products As Well As Pudo Lockers for convenience For Collection Near You.

THE COURIER GUY DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)

Express or Overnight Delivery (1-2 business days) (major cities only)

3.Cost of Delivery is Subject to Weight .Measurements ,Dimensions and Location sent Nationwide to each Major City Centre The Further to travel the higher the shipping cost.

4.Heavy Goods Such As Safes , Fire Extinguishers and wheel Clamps will be dropped off at ground Level at specified Address in All Major Cities Routes of The Courier Guy.

PUDO  DELIVERY  STORAGE  LOCKERS

Over 1500 lockers available across South Africa’s Major City Centres.

Pudo Charges reasonable and very affordable rates starting at R50 for 2kg up until a maximum of 20kg with a charge of R200

It has never been easier to courier packages of all locker sizes from  Xtra small , Small ,Medium ,Large and Xtra Large to all major cities and towns in South Africa for collection  at your nearest Pudo Locker in your Area.

ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS:

Customers must provide a physical address for delivery. NB// (PO Box NOT ACCEPTED.)

DELIVERY PROCESS:

Delivery & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged at a FLAT RATE of R120 for Goods 5kg and less ,heavy goods are calculated per kilogram above 5kg at a Rate of R25 per kilogram.

Order processing: 5-7 working days during office hours.

Collection by The Courier Guy

Delivery: 5-7 business days (standard), 1-2 business days (express), or overnight Deliveries (major cities Only).

Goods Paid For But Not Available from Supplier will be put on back order and sent A.S.A.P when Arrived at Head Office

Should the Order Not been Completed a Refund Will be offered within 14days of payment to the Customer if They Can Not Wait For goods to available the Sale will be Cancelled due to NOT BEING COMPLETED.

SIGNATURE SIGNOFF UPON DELIVERY:

Customers or authorized recipients must SIGN for deliveries RECEIVED.

DELIVERY FAILURE:

In cases of failed delivery due to:

Incorrect address.

Unavailability of recipient.

Refusal to accept delivery.

We reserve the right to:

Re-attempt delivery (additional costs may apply).

CLAIMS PROCESS:

In cases of lost or damaged goods:

Contact our customer service team within 24 hours.

Provide proof of damage or loss (IN PICTURE FORM)

Complete claims form (provided by TCG).
